Since 2019, Y² Analytics has worked with a Fortune 100 technology company to conduct customer sentiment, brand reputation, segmentation, and product fit research. This has included valuable marketing message testing in advance of the release of new features and products for several business lines and key drivers’ analysis to discover what informs consumer product use and purchase. We have also conducted international sentiment studies in 14 global markets including focus groups and localized, translated surveys, to help the company connect with audiences abroad. A number of our studies include time series data, like tracking studies to analyze brand health over time or user behavior over time, including urgent time sensitive studies in reaction to current events. Advanced analysis like channel optimization modeling has also been conducted, helping the company develop efficient processes and strategies—empowering the company to optimize advertising spends.
