Nora graduated with a BA in political science from Brigham Young University, with minors in nonprofit management, political research and analysis, and art history.
During her time at BYU, she conducted, presented, and published research with several university professors, assisting in academic explorations of gender/sexuality, social media use, employment discrimination, political persuasion, and affective polarization. Participation in these projects allowed Nora to refine her data analysis skills and learn how to effectively engage in research.
Since joining Y2 Analytics, Nora has used her research and analysis skills to help municipalities, nonprofits, and businesses parse apart both quantitative and qualitative survey data to find actionable solutions. She believes in telling the most simple story possible and excels at portraying effortless messages to the clients she works with.
In her free time, Nora enjoys attending screenings at her local independent cinema, visiting art museums, and spending time with her cat.
